With the end of the regular season in sight, Brenneis Insurance inched closer to the men’s league title at Northridge Country Club last week.

The leaders claimed a 26.5-21.5 win over Best Choice to pull a dozen points clear of Chuck Rogers Auto Sales atop the league standings.

The car club is parked in second following a huge 32.5-15.5 win over Washington County Bank. Will Belfrage paced the win with his net 29, tying for the week’s low score.

Northridge Country Club is two points back in third place following their 26-22 win over Titus Management.

In other matches:

NP Dodge put up one of the biggest scores of the season in routing Dog’s House 37-11.

Farm, Ranch and Business Services dropped a 34.5-13.5 decision on Blue Bombers behind a gross 35 from Gus Langley.

Grabbe Farms continued its move up the leaderboard with a 27.5-20.5 win over cellar-dwelling H&R Block. In just over a month the farmers have gained five spots to seventh place.

Northridge HOA slipped past Creston Fertilizer 25-23 thanks to a net 29 from Jim Rusk. Riverfront Hunt Club and West of Herman battled to a 24-24 draw.
