4 cups chokecherry juice

4 cups sugar

2 cups light Karo syrup

Place all ingredients into a 5-quart kettle. Bring to boiling point over high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. When syrup comes to a boil, turn heat to medium and continue boiling for 10-15 minutes or until foam starts climbing sides of the kettle. Watch closely. Remove from heat and pour into sterilized jars. Use on pancakes, waffles and ice cream.
