• 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 6 oz. penne, cooked
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, thinly-sliced
  • 1-1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, thinly-sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1-1/3 cups fat-free Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 3 oz. Feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients; toss and eat.
