1 large lemon Jell-O

1-3/4 cup hot water

1/2 cup lemon juice

1 cup sugar

1-1/2 cups whipping cream

2-1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs

Dissolve lemon gelatin in hot water. Chill until partially set and whip until fluffy. Add lemon juice and sugar. Whip whipping cream and fold into mixture. Line a 9x13 pan with half of vanilla wafer crumbs. Pour gelatin over crumbs and sprinkle rest of crumbs on top. Chill and cut in squares.
