1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla

1-3/4 cups flour

2 teaspoons cinnamon

3/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

3 cups quick oats

3 cups rhubarb, chopped

1 cup white chocolate chips

3/4 cups walnuts, chopped

Mix as you usually would for a cookie recipe. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
