3/4 C. cooked/pureed pumpkin (or canned)

1 C. old fashioned oatmeal

Optional add-ins: 1/4 C. dried fruit, nuts or nut butter,

2 T. unsweetened cocoa powder

Mix all together. If mixture seems dry, add 1-2 T. skim milk Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls (wet hands work best) and bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
