Serves 400 (18 pans at 24 servings per loaf)


90 lbs. hamburger

18 lbs. ground Pork

108 oz. bread crumbs

9 quarts milk

9 dozen eggs

18 T. salt

36 onions, chopped

3 1/4 C. + 2 T. Italian seasoning

2 C. dried garlic

17 tsp. pepper

For sauce:

22 C. brown sugar

2 C. dry mustard

19 C. ketchup

Mix meatloaf ingredients and press into greased hotel pans. Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Mix together sauce ingredients. Uncover pans after 1 hour, top with brown sugar sauce and bake uncovered another half hour.
