1 package dry yeast

1 C. warm water

1 tsp. granulated sugar

2 T. vegetable oil

1 tsp. salt

2 1/2 C. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously, about 20 strokes. Allow dough to rest 5 minutes. This recipe will make 2 thick-crust pizzas. Double will make three.

Bake in a 425° oven for around 15 minutes.
