
4 C. old-fashioned oats
1 C. whole almonds
1 C. pecan halves
1 C. sweetened coconut
1/4 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. maple syrup
1/4 C. vegetable oil
3/4 tsp. salt
Preheat oven 250°. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, coconut and brown sugar. In a small bowl, mix oil, salt and syrup. Combine the two mixtures. Divide in two parts and spread on two baking sheets. Bake for a total of 1 hour, 15 minutes. Stir and reverse pan position every 15 minutes.
