1 1/2 C. all-purpose flour

3 T. confectioners’ Sugar

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

1 1/4 C. milk

4 T. unsalted butter, melted and cooled

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 egg yolk

3 egg whites

1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Whisk together the milk, melted butter, vanilla and egg yolk in a separate bowl. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. Combine milk mix with flour mix and stir until just together. Gently fold in the egg whites.
