3 cloves garlic, minced

1⁄2 T. sesame oil

1 T. sugar

1 T. sherry vinegar

1⁄2 C. pork ajus

1⁄3 C. hoisin sauce

Add all ingredients to a small sauce pot on medium heat. Whisk until it thickens. If needed, create a corn starch slurry to increase thickness.
