1 lb. boneless pork ribs
For coffee rub:
1/4 C. fresh-ground coffee
1/4 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. garlic powder

1/8 C. chili powder
1/8 C. white pepper
1/8 C. black pepper
Mix all the rub ingredients together and store in a plastic container. This rub is especially great on steaks, prime rib and beef brisket.
Coat boneless pork ribs in coffee rub. Grill covered over direct heat until the internal temperature reaches about 150°.
