1 lb. ground pork

1 clove garlic (crushed)

1 T. fresh ginger root (grated)

2 T. soy sauce

1 1/2 tsp. garlic chili paste

1 T. fresh mint (minced)

4 sandwich buns

Mix together all ingredients except buns; form into four patties. Grill over medium-hot coals 10-12 minutes, turning once, about 5-6 minutes per side, until an instant read thermometer reads 160°.

Serve on buns. Serves 4.
