Potatoes

2 strips of bacon per potato

Butter pats

Onion slices

Green pepper slices

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°. Wash potato and make a slit lengthwise — be careful not to cut all the way through the potato.

Place thinly sliced onion and green pepper into the potato, season with salt and pepper and add two pats of butter.

Wrap the potato in bacon strips and wrap in foil. Bake for 60 minutes or until potato is done.
