4 large burrito shells
4 C. cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
1, 10 oz. can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1, 23 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1, 8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Mix together chicken, half the can of tomatoes, three-fourths of the can of cream of chicken soup, and half of cheddar cheese.
Divide evenly on the four burrito shells. Roll up tight and place in a baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray.
Mix together remaining tomatoes and soup. Spread evenly on top of the burritos. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. The last five minutes, remove cover so cheese can slightly brown.
