1 T. olive oil

3 chicken breasts, diced

Salt and pepper

1 tsp. garlic

1/2 C. soy sauce

1⁄3 C. honey

1 T. sesame seeds

Optional veggies (broccoli, carrots, etc.)

Put olive oil in large pan, then add chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Once both sides are cooked, add garlic. Mix together. Add soy sauce, honey and sesame seeds and cook chicken until done.

Take the chicken out, leaving the excess sauce in the pan. Add vegetables to sauce, cover and cook.

Serve with rice.
