1 pint half and half
1 pint whipping cream
2 1/2 C. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Milk to fill container (I use the extra cream or half and half as well)
Beat eggs until thick and fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla and beat well until sugar is dissolved. Add creams, put into canister, fill with milk, and begin freezing in the maker. The original recipe said to beat eggs until thick and fluffy, but I use a blender to mix it all.
