1 C. pumpkin

1 C. maple sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. ground cloves

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. allspice

2 eggs (lightly beaten)

1 C. milk

Crust for 9-inch pie

Preheat oven to 425°. Combine ingredients with a mixer and pour into pastry-lined pan. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake until an inserted toothpick comes out clean (an additional 45 minutes or so).

Serve warm with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
