1 avocado

1/2 C. Greek yogurt or mayo or combo

1 tsp. lemon juice

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 C. chopped fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, fresh basil, fresh chives and/or fresh dill

2 diced green onions

1, 15 oz. can chickpeas/garbanzos

Combine all ingredients except chickpeas. Drain chickpeas and mash into dressing. Can be served over greens, as a sandwich filling, or in pitas or tortillas.
