1, 15 oz. can chickpeas

1/4 C. maple syrup

1 1/2 C. pumpkin puree

2-3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

2 tsp. vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth. This may take a few minutes depending on your processor or blender.

Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with sliced apples or graham crackers. Sprinkle additional pie spice or cinnamon on top. Yield: 2 C.
