Hot Bean Salad

3 (15 oz) cans red beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup chopped celery

½ cup chopped onion

½ cup chopped green pepper

1 cup chopped tomatoes

4 oz can green chilies, chopped

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp salt

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup crushed tortilla chips


Combine all ingredients except chips. Mix carefully, but thoroughly. Place in a 9x11 baking pan. Top with crushed chips. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.
