Meatballs with Mushroom Sauce

 1/4 cup evaporated milk

 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

 1/2 tsp salt

 1/4 tsp pepper

 1-1/2 lbs ground beef


 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10-3/4 oz)

 2/3 cup evaporated milk

 2/3 cup water


 In large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.

 Shape into 1-1/2-inch balls. Then brown in skillet and drain. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. bake uncovered in roaster/pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees/
