2 boxes orange Jell-O

3 cups boiling water.

15 large marshmallows, cut up

2 cups cooked rice, cooled

20-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained reserving juice

1 apple, peeled and chopped

1 cup whipped cream

Dissolve orange Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in marshmallows. Add cooled rice. Stir in juice from canned pineapple. Chill. When partially set, add pineapple and apple. Fold in whipped cream.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
