1/2 cup oleo

3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 cup flour

1/2 cup nuts, chopped

2 tablespoons cocoa

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

3 cups miniature marshmallows

6-oz. pkg. chocolate chips

1 cup peanut butter

1-1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Cream together oleo and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix together flour, nuts, cocoa and baking powder. Stir into egg mixture. Spread into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows over top and bake for 3 minutes more. Cool. In a small saucepan combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Stir over low heat until chips are melted. Stir in cereal and spread on top of cooled bars. Refrigerate until serving.
