1-1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup butter, softened

3/4 cup sugar

1 egg

3/4 cup sour cream

2 cups rhubarb, diced

Mix flour, baking powder, soda, and salt’ set aside. Beat butter and sugar together. Add egg and sour cream. Add flour mixture; then stir in rhubarb. Drop by spoonsful on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-13 minutes.
