Crust:

3 cups Graham cracker crumbs

6 tablespoons powdered sugar

1/2 cup butter

Filling:

2 cups sugar

4 cups rhubarb, cut up

One 3-oz. box strawberry Jell-O

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 cup whipping cream.

Mix crust ingredients together. Put in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

For filling cook 2 cups sugar and rhubarb together. When tender, add strawberry Jell-O and mini marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are melted. Cool. Whip whipping cream. Mix into rhubarb. Pour into crust. Refrigerate overnight.
