
Preheat oven to 475°.
After dough has risen for 30 minutes, remove from bowl to a clean surface. Using a long sharp knife, cut the dough in half. Place half on a pizza pan and work it flat using your hands and fingers (not a rolling pin, and do not overwork it). Depending on the size of the pan you may need to add more dough.
Top with sauce, cheese and other toppings of choice.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Start checking on it after 20 minutes.
