3/4 lb. fettuccine noodles, cooked according to directions and drained)

1/4 C. soy sauce

2 T. brown sugar

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 T. rice vinegar

3 T. pure sesame oil

1/2 tsp. chili paste

4 T. canola oil

Mix soy sauce, sugar, garlic, vinegar, oils and chili paste and toss over noodles. Serve either warm or cold.
