8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 C. powdered sugar
1 C. whipping cream, whipped
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
1 can (9 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 pie crust (Herrold uses a graham cracker crust)
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Thoroughly fold in whipped cream and turn into pie shell. Chill 2 hours. Arrange fruit in rings on top of pie. Serves 8.
