German Chocolate Pie

4 oz. sweet German chocolate

1/4C. butter

1 2/3 C. evaporated milk

1 1/2 C. sugar

4 T. flour

2 eggs, beaten

1 tsp. vanilla

1 1/3 C. coconut

1/2 C. chopped pecans

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Melt chocolate and butter. Slowly add milk, sugar and flour. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Combine nuts and coconut. Sprinkle over top. Red and green cherries may garnish the top for holidays. Bake at 375° for 45-50 minutes.
