Lemon Chess Pie

2 C. sugar

1 T. flour

1 T. corn meal

2-4 T. grated lemon rind

1/4 C. lemon juice

1/4 C. butter melted

1/4 C. milk

5 eggs

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal; toss with fork. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
