1 unbaked pie shell

3/4C. sugar

2 T. flour

1/4 tsp. salt

1 C. sour cream (commercial)

1 egg, slightly beaten

1/2 tsp. vanilla

2 C. peaches (drained)

Combine sugar, flour and salt. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, egg and vanilla, then add to sugar-flour mixture. Mix in peaches. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 410°, then reduce to 350° for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven, and top with mixture of:

1/4 C. sugar

1/4 C. flour

1/4 C. butter

1 tsp. cinnamon

Return to oven for 10 minutes.
