lemon bars

Ingredients

Crust

•2 cups flour

•½ cup powdered sugar 

•1 cup margarine

Filling

•4 eggs

•2 cups sugar

•1/3 cup lemon juice

•¼ cup flour

•½ tsp baking powder

Directions

Mix together flour and powdered sugar. Cut margarine into mixture. Press into 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Beat together eggs, sugar and lemon juice. Add flour and baking powder. Pour over hot crust. Bake another 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
