Ranchers serve beef as a ‘thank you’ to healthcare workers
Ranch women Jerilyn MacDonald of Bismarck, Calli Thorne of Watford City, and Peg Gustin of Mandan helped pack lunches for more than 1,100 medical professionals during the North Dakota Beef Industry Healthcare Heroes Appreciation Day. On the menu: slow-roasted roast beef, buns, barbecue beans, fresh fruit, cookies and drinks.
