2, 8oz. containers low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 C. chunky salsa
2 T. cilantro, chopped
1/4 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
Assorted cut vegetables or pita chips
Blend ingredients in medium bowl and refrigerate. Top with shredded cheese. Serve with assorted cut vegetables or pita chips. Makes 5, 1/2 C. servings.
