Parts of Southeast Missouri received much-needed measurable rainfall in places last week. Overall, it’s still very, very dry though. More blooms are starting to appear on cotton in the area. Producers are applying more growth regulator and insecticide on cotton. Fungicide applications are being made on corn in places if needed.
